Responsible AI
Last updated: July 23, 2026
Zamyu includes optional AI features designed to help operators work faster—for example drafting insights, surfacing anomalies, or assisting everyday workflows. This page describes how we approach AI responsibly as an early-stage product. We do not claim perfect models or zero-error outputs.
Purpose of AI at Zamyu
AI should assist people, not replace accountability. Our goal is practical help inside a connected business operating system—with clear boundaries, human control, and honest documentation of limitations.
Human oversight
AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Customers should review AI-assisted suggestions before taking consequential actions such as purchase orders, pricing changes, payroll decisions, or customer communications that create legal or financial obligations. Product experiences are intended to keep a human in the loop for high-impact steps.
Opt-in and control
Where feasible, AI capabilities are opt-in per workspace or module and can be disabled. Customers decide whether AI features are appropriate for their operations, industry rules, and compliance needs.
Data privacy
We design AI features to operate on the data needed to provide the requested assistance within your workspace. We do not sell personal information. Customer content is not used to train third-party foundation models unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any required permission. Broader privacy practices are covered in our Privacy Policy.
Transparency
We aim to label AI-assisted experiences clearly in the product and to explain, at a high level, what data an AI feature uses and what it is for. If you need vendor questionnaires or deeper detail for procurement, contact hello@zamyu.com.
Fairness
We work to reduce harmful, misleading, or biased outputs through testing, evaluation, and customer feedback. Early-access AI features may change as we learn. We will document material limitations when we introduce new capabilities. We do not claim that fairness work is complete or that all bias risk is eliminated.
Security
AI features follow the same security principles as the rest of Zamyu: protect data in transit and at rest, limit access, and avoid unnecessary exposure of customer content. See our Security page for encryption, access control, and infrastructure practices.
Continuous improvement
Responsible AI is an ongoing practice. We improve prompts, safeguards, documentation, and evaluation as customer use expands. Feedback, incident reports, and procurement questions help prioritize the next controls.
