• Business context — industry, location count, and product interests you share so we can respond meaningfully.
• Support content — messages, attachments, and diagnostics you send when requesting help.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP, collected through standard web logs and similar technologies.
• Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our website, products, and onboarding experience.

AI features

Some Zamyu features may use artificial intelligence to assist with insights, recommendations, or automation. Where AI features process customer data, they are designed to support your workspace. We do not sell personal information. Customer content is not used to train third-party foundation models unless we clearly disclose otherwise and obtain any required permission. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us host infrastructure, send email, analyze site traffic, or provide customer support — under contracts that limit their use of the data.
