Business software built for everyday operations.

Zamyu is an early-stage AI business operating system that connects POS, inventory, CRM, billing, payments, accounting, and analytics—so teams spend less time reconciling tools and more time serving customers.

Our story

Why we started Zamyu

How fragmented tools slow operators down—and why we build a connected system instead.

Why Zamyu was created

Operators told us the same story: a POS for checkout, another system for stock, a spreadsheet for customers, and yet another tool for invoices. Each handoff created delays, mismatched numbers, and work that never reached the customer. Zamyu started as a response to that fragmentation—not as a slogan about “disrupting” software.

The business problems we solve

When sales, inventory, CRM, and finance do not share a source of truth, teams re-enter data, chase missing totals, and make decisions on stale reports. Zamyu is designed so everyday actions—taking an order, updating stock, issuing an invoice, reviewing performance—stay connected. We focus on reducing operational friction, not inventing complexity.

Zamyu

One connected platform

How we build the product

Our product philosophy is simple: start with the modules a business needs, keep workflows readable, make AI optional and reviewable, and treat security and privacy as ongoing work. We prefer clear limitations over unsupported promises—especially while we are early-stage and learning with customers.

Mission

Help operators run daily work—selling, stocking, billing, and serving customers—from one connected system that stays understandable as the business grows.

Vision

A practical operating system for businesses: modules that share the same data, optional AI that assists people, and security practices that earn trust over time—not overnight claims.

Why Zamyu

Why businesses choose Zamyu

Trust signals we stand behind today—written for operators evaluating an early-stage platform.

Why choose Zamyu

Connect billing, inventory, customers, and daily operations in one system so teams stop reconciling duplicate tools.

Security & privacy

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and clear data practices—and we document what is in place today versus still maturing.

Customer success philosophy

Early customers shape the roadmap. We prioritize guided onboarding, practical workflows, and honest timelines over hype.

Product reliability

We design for day-to-day use: dependable checkout, consistent records, and careful changes when modules are already in production.

Continuous innovation

We ship improvements from real operator feedback—modules, integrations, and optional AI—without claiming unfinished capabilities.

Compliance ready mindset

We are building toward formal programs such as SOC 2 and GDPR readiness. We do not claim certifications we have not completed.

AI transparency

AI features are intended to be opt-in, labeled, and reviewable. Outputs can be wrong; people remain accountable for decisions.

Customer-first approach

Support and product decisions start with how operators work on the floor—not with feature checklists for marketing pages.

Core values

What guides us

Customer first

We prioritize operator workflows, onboarding clarity, and feedback loops over feature theater.

Reliability

Everyday tools must be dependable. We treat checkout, stock, and billing accuracy as non-negotiable.

Trust

We communicate what works today, what is early access, and what is still on the roadmap.

Transparency

Security, AI, and privacy practices should be explainable—especially while we are early-stage.

Practical innovation

We add automation and AI only when they reduce real operational work and stay under human control.

Continuous improvement

We learn from production use, fix sharp edges, and publish clearer documentation as we mature.

Leadership

Leadership profiles coming soon

We will publish named leadership and team profiles here once details are ready for public release. Until then, we do not invent names, titles, or credentials.
